The My Health Record system production environment will be upgraded between 9:00 AM – 9:25 PM Thursday 30 July 2026 (AEST).

The attached release notes cover details of the changes.
During the upgrade, all functionality of the My Health Record system, including connecting mobile applications, will be available.

If a consumer or healthcare provider needs assistance, they can call the help line on 1800 723 471 (available 24 hours, 7 days a week).
