The My Health Record system production environment will be upgraded on 4 December 2025.
The upgrade window is as follows:

03 December 2025 at 10:00 PM (AEDT) to 04 December 2025 at 07:05 PM (AEDT)

The attached release notes cover details of the changes.

During the upgrade, all functionality of the My Health Record system, including connecting mobile applications, will be available.

If a consumer or healthcare provider needs assistance, they can call the help line on 1800 723 471 (available 24 hours, 7 days a week).
