Scheduled Secure Messaging Update – December 5th

MediRecords will be updating our Secure Messaging functionality on December 5th from 9:00 pm to 9:10 pm AEDT (10-minute outage).

During this time, please avoid sending outbound Secure Messages, as they will not be delivered. Inbound Secure Messages will also be delayed but will be delivered once the update is complete.

All other MediRecords services will continue as normal. For any questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email our Support Team at support@medirecords.com.

If the outage is extended or issues arise, we will provide updates through our Support Team. For assistance, you can also reach us via email, phone (1300 103 903), or in-app chat.
