Private prescriptions requiring Approval Number

We are currently experiencing an issue where Private prescriptions are requiring users to enter an approval number when one isn't normally required.

We are looking into this issue currently. In the meantime, you can enter any value into the approval number field to work around the problem and finalise the prescription.
