My Health Record Production Upgrade on 7 May 2026

The My Health Record system production environment will be upgraded on 7 May 2026, from 09:00AM AEST to 9:25PM AEST

As part of the upgrade, patches will be deployed to maintain the security posture of the My Health Record system. The patch release notes from Oracle do not suggest that there will be any impact to vendors. However, there is still a risk that these patches may impact vendors who interact with the My Health Record system.

During the upgrade, all functionality of the My Health Record system, including connecting mobile applications, will be available.

If a consumer or healthcare provider needs assistance, they can call the help line on 1800 723 471 (available 24 hours, 7 days a week).
