Service Advisory: Potential System Degradation Due to Daylight Saving Time Change (April 5,2026)

Services Australia advises that, due to the end of Daylight Saving, Medicare Online and ECLIPSE may experience a degradation of service between 1:00am (AEDT) and 4:00am (AEST) on Sunday 5 April 2026. This is necessary to allow the agency to re-align our systems with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
