Good afternoon,

The My Health Record System Operator advises that there will be a planned upgrade activity performed on the API Gateway in the production environment on 9 September 2025.
During the upgrade window between 6 PM and 8 PM on 9 September 2025 (AEST), the API Gateway will experience intermittent service disruptions. As a result, transactions processed during this period may fail. Following the upgrade window, please review your application logs to ensure that any necessary retries have been successfully completed.
