Summary We are currently investigating an issue where the RTPM (Real-Time Prescription Monitoring) pop-up alert is not triggering automatically when users prescribe medications from the monitored drug list. This alert is an important safeguard for prescribing high-risk medications.
Who is Affected This issue is currently affecting Various users of MediRecords.
What Happened Following a rename of a configuration field, it appears that a checkbox setting related to RTPM alerts has reverted from ticked to unticked. Workaround While we work on a fix, affected users can:
Each prescriber will need to enable RTPM manually by following these steps: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the MediRecords window. Select Preferences from the dropdown menu. Go to the Prescribing tab. Tick the box next to Real-Time Prescription Monitoring. Click Save. This step needs to be completed individually by each prescriber to re-enable the RTPM pop-up.
