Impact Level: Critical

Summary
We are currently investigating an issue where the RTPM (Real-Time Prescription Monitoring) pop-up alert is not triggering automatically when users prescribe medications from the monitored drug list. This alert is an important safeguard for prescribing high-risk medications.

Who is Affected
This issue is currently affecting Various users of MediRecords.

What Happened
Following a rename of a configuration field, it appears that a checkbox setting related to RTPM alerts has reverted from ticked to unticked. This change has prevented the automatic RTPM alert from displaying as expected during prescribing.
We are currently investigating the root cause of why this setting changed during the field update.

Workaround
While we work on a fix, affected users can:

Each prescriber will need to enable RTPM manually by following these steps:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the MediRecords window.
Select Preferences from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Prescribing tab.
Tick the box next to Real-Time Prescription Monitoring.
Click Save.
This step needs to be completed individually by each prescriber to re-enable the RTPM pop-up.

Next Steps
We are investigating ways to revert the tickbox to its previous state on your behalf
