We would like to inform you that MediRecords will be performing a security and infrastructure upgrade related to ePrescribing on Thursday, 23rd January 2025, at 10:00 PM AEST. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 15 minutes.
Please be advised that this upgrade is specifically related to the ePrescribing functionality. While we do not anticipate any disruption to ePrescribing services during the upgrade, should you experience any issues, our MediRecords Support Team will be available to assist.
