As part of our ongoing commitment to service reliability, security, and performance, we will be conducting scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, 11th February 2026.
Maintenance Details: Date: Wednesday, 11th February 2026 Time: Starting at 11pm AEST Duration: Approximately 30 minutes Impact: Temporary interruption to ePrescribing and Secure Messaging service only.
While we do not anticipate other MediRecords services will be affected, we recommend planning to avoid any disruptions during this short maintenance window.
This outage is part of our quarterly maintenance schedule, occurring every second Wednesday of the applicable quarter.
