The My Health Record System Operator advises that there will be a planned upgrade activity performed on the API Gateway in the production environment from Thursday 26 March at 7:00 PM to Friday 27 March at 12:30 AM (AEST).

The production environment will remain available during this time; however, there is a potential risk of brief service degradation affecting Medicare Document Services during this period. Appropriate monitoring and contingency arrangements will be in place to minimise any impact.

The System Operator apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
