Good morning,

The My Health Record System Operator advises that there will be planned maintenance performed on the API Gateway in the production environment from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Tuesday 20 January 2026 (AEDT).
The My Health Record production environment will be available during this time; however, there will be a degradation of services of up to 15 minutes during this period.

The System Operator apologies for any inconvenience this will cause.
